SHANGHAI ROJ MARINE ENGINEERING CORP. was founded on May 2011, the corporation locating on JinQiao Development Area, Pudong District, Shanghai, focus on detailed design, production design and technical consultant of ship design and maritime.

Harbin Engineering University in May 2014 to share the way with the Shanghai ROJ MARINE EGNINEERING CORP. to found Marine design & research center of Harbin Engineering University. Two parties take advantage of their respective advantages in some aspects of ship design cooperation. Multi-Purpose Offshore Carrier which was developed jointly by two parties is a new type of the vessel in the markets, and extended to the domestic and foreign markets. This vessel got unanimous praise from the Ship Owner.

It’s supported by an excellent team, based on abundant experiments of consultant and accumulative documents on design, following latest international ship design conception and new Rulers and Regulations, to provide high quality, reliable, economic and useful designs for the Owner.

The work team is solidaric and hard working, to cultivate the creative and research capacity of the corporation. It has the capacity to design the handy bulk carrier, general cargo vessel, multi-purpose vessel, asphalt carrier, oil/chemical tanker, offshore support vessel, tug, heavy crane vessel, auxiliary navy force, dredger, piping installation vessel etc., which comply with the requirements of classifications and international organization. The experiences of conversion from VLCC to VLOC, and oil tanker/container to bulk carrier/general cargo vessel are also very interested by Shipyard and Owner.

The culture of “Owner First, Service First” is the conception of ROJ MARINE, supporting by the target to be the new star in ship design and maritime area.

Meanwhile ROJ had got the CCS quality management system certificate on 28th Sep. 2015.
