It is reported that "Wanming Freedom" ship is the 85000DWT series bulk carrier built by Wanlong Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. for Hainan Zilong Shipping, classified into China Classification Society (CCS), the total length of the ship is 229.98m, the type width is 36.50m, the type depth is 19.00m, the design draft is 13.80m, the main engine power is 11650kW, and the design is 36.50m. With a capacity of 85,000 tons, it is single deck, double bottom, bottom tank, top tank, stern type, single paddle and single rudder, with ball stern and axe bow, and the cargo hold is designed for large opening, with a total of 5 cargo holds. Suitable for carrying coal, ore, grain and other types of bulk cargo, mainly sailing in the domestic coastal ports of economic bulk carrier.

The ship adopts a new bulbous bow, large diameter propeller and energy-saving vortex fin to optimize and match the design of propulsion facilities, so that the ship's fast performance and low energy consumption are fully reflected. The superstructure is designed with low wind resistance and equipped with a permanent magnet shaft generator, which effectively reduces the total energy consumption and fuel consumption of the ship and reaches the EEDI energy saving index.

This type of ship has achieved the domestic advanced level in terms of handling performance, cargo handling efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. "It not only conforms to the needs of the shipbuilding industry reform, but also meets the current green, energy-saving, low-carbon and environmental protection needs." It is understood that Wanlong Shipbuilding Industry Co., LTD., located in the seventh block of Jiaojiang coastal shipbuilding base, was established in July 2008, and has formed an annual shipbuilding capacity of 270,000 deadweight tons.

All along, the company mainly builds CCS class bulk carriers, taking into account tugboats, deck ships, oil tankers, container ships and other types. Since its establishment, it has undertaken the construction of more than 30 bulk carriers ranging from 23000DWT to 85000DWT. Among them, 82000DWT bulk carrier (New enterprise Alliance), 76000DWT bulk carrier (Zhenxiang 6), 169m electric propulsion deck barge (Pan-Continental 6) are CCS unlimited navigation area (international navigation) ships.

At present, Bandung Shipyard has 2 85,000DWT bulk carriers, 1 57000DWT bulk carriers, 1 53000DWT unlimited shipping area bulk carriers and 1 1000TEU container ship under construction. In addition, the company has set up a branch site in Lianyungang Meiermeitu Shipping Industry, and has also started construction of 1 85,000DWT bulk carriers.
